removal of spacing between words

We notice that sometimes a space between two words is removed, when we are absolutely sure it was there. This always happens after a word that has been made bold or coloured

This one is maddening. I've seen it happen after links; adding a non-breaking space works sometimes, but leaving two spaces generally works.

This also tends to happen with there's a glossary word. It doesn't like putting a space after the glossary word.

Janaya Goddard: I found a work-around (so far, so good) by adding a space, selecting/highlighting that space, and select Clear Formatting, and THEN add another space after that space....will have a double space, not ideal, but at least there's a space between words.

I often see this and then fix it by adding the space, republishing the article, and the space still shows removed.

I've seen this happen when I use Shift+Enter to bump a sentence down to the next line without a paragraph break. I'll come back and the sentence is back up on the same line w/o a space between the sentences. Not sure if this is related.
