I have a numbered list which requires manual editing as the instructions contains centered images and other formatting such as quotations which breaks numbering (another issue)

After manually changing the numbered list so it is in the correct order I click Publish or Save Draft. When the page is reloaded, the numbers are no longer in the order I specified.
