New Search isn't returning accurate results
Ivanna Parra
- Search results aren’t prioritizing articles based on keyword relevance as effectively as before.
- Articles with partial title matches (e.g., using part of the title) aren’t consistently appearing in the search results.
- Searches for common keywords within titles don’t always return expected results, impacting article discovery.
- Adding keywords to articles doesn’t seem to influence search ranking or priority as much as before.
- Search queries with multiple keywords don’t always yield relevant or expected top results, even if one keyword is uniquely associated with a particular article.
- The search functionality doesn’t appear to be contextual, as results for similar or related terms aren’t reliably returned.

[Search Functionality] Article doesn't appear in the search results although it matches the query
Ivanna Parra
This is happening with multiple articles and languages. We might enter a keyword and get results, but the article we are looking for isn't part of the list although it matches the search. We might also enter a keyword and not get any results at all, even when there are articles that match it.

We are also having similar issues, and several team members have expressed their frustration in not finding what they're looking for. This is severely impacting our experience. It would be great if you can resolve this on priority, or provide updates that we can share with the team on the steps taken to fix this issue.

We are having similar struggles with the search function, and at this time we are not allowed to turn on the AI search tools.
Our #1 complaint from our readers is that they can never find what they are looking for in our Knowledge Base. It was a small struggle before, but now it is almost impossible. I will type in the title of an article, and the article either won't appear in the results or shows up like 6th in the results.
We are also having problems with results (especially unrelated search results) being duplicated in the returned articles. Meaning you have to scroll through more to get what you need, which is not all that helpful when you need answers fast!
