New Editor: Cell and table properties / settings - functions not accessible
Gabi Reinhard
In the new editor the cell and table properties move below the article's toolbar. This seems to be related to the length of the table.
The functions of the properties are then not accessible, because they are located under the function bar of the article.
For example, it is not possible to insert a row.

We have some articles with large tables in them and you have to scroll up to the top or down to the bottom to get the properties menu when working on a cell in the middle of the table. Really slows things down and is inefficient.

Please refer to the bug "Table Properties shows offscreen" dated August 2023.
Since the properties cannot be clicked, one is forced to go into the source code to insert code for new cells or to delete code to remove cells. This is very time consuming, also because the source code is no longer color coded.

This is also occurring in the new editor, and seems to have been introduced within the past week.

Matthew McGarity: Sorry, I forgot to mention that this refers to the new editor, I added it
