Filtering not working when multiple category IDs are applied

Description:
When searching across multiple categories (selected category + common procedures), articles are being displayed in category based groupings rather than by relevance to the search query.
Steps to Reproduce:
Select a category from the dropdown (e.g., Bank of America)
Check the “Include Common Procedures” checkbox (which adds category ID: 945206 to the filter)
Search for any article (e.g., "payee")
Review the search results
Expected Behavior:
All results from both categories should be ranked by relevance score and displayed in order of highest relevance first, regardless of which category they belong to.
Actual Behavior:
Results are grouped by category (e.g., Bank of America category results first, then all
Common Procedures category results), not by relevance. A highly relevant article from the Common Procedures category may appear below a less relevant article from the selected category.
