When creating a new article directly from the Templates page, users see two articles generated — one that retains the original template's name and a second that reflects the renamed article.
This issue does not occur when using the "New Article from Template" option through the standard article creation workflow, but only when creating directly from the Templates page.
Steps to reproduce:
Navigate to the Templates page
Click on a template to create a new article
Rename the new article and save as draft
Result: Two articles are created — one with the original template name and one renamed version
