Anchor links don't work

When creating an anchor link as instructed using the HelpJuice documentation, the links will direct the user to the correct page, but they don't redirect the page to the anchor. I have tried manually creating the links based on the instructions and copying the links from the table of contents—neither works. You need to go back to the address bar and press ENTER to get the page to redirect. I have tried different browsers, and all act the same way. Essentially, there is no way to link to a section of an article. This is a heavily used feature for us, but it isn't working.

Hi Andrea. Are you sure you're linking it correctly? For anchor links on the same page, you need the # and everything after it (and you probably won't want it to open in a new tab) and that's all you need. For anchor links on a different page, you can copy the entire URL and just delete everything from the start of the URL (like your domain name) but leave the / before the category slug and then keep everything else after it as well (and in this case you'll likely want to open in a new tab).
