Currently, the Collaborator role is not fully restricted by assigned groups.
Even when a collaborator is limited to a specific group or category, they can still:
  • View all files in the File Manager, not just those within their group.
  • Access the Glossary, including entries from other groups.
  • See and assign users in the Article Planner from across the entire account.
Expected behavior:
Collaborators should only be able to view and interact with content and users within their assigned group(s).
Use case example:
A collaborator restricted to Group A should only see files, glossary terms, and users belonging to Group A - not those from Group B or C.
Impact:
Causes privacy and access-control issues in larger organizations using multiple groups.
